Refund Policy

All purchases made through The Velvet Link are final. Due to the nature of our service, refunds are not provided for time purchased, regardless of whether the full time is utilized. This includes situations where the caller voluntarily disconnects before the allotted time has expired — the full amount of time purchased will be considered consumed.

Refunds will only be considered in the rare event of a verified service failure on our part that prevents proper delivery of the service. These instances are extremely rare and, if they occur, will be reviewed and initiated by The Velvet Link team at our discretion. Clients do not need to submit a request for such situations, as we actively monitor system performance.

If you believe there has been a technical issue impacting your experience, you may contact our support team at support@thevelvetlink.com for review. However, submission of a request does not guarantee a refund.
